Consultant Engagements

Pricing for consulting projects vary depending on the team needed, timelines, expertise and other factors.  Once we understand your needs we will put together a customized proposal.  Our engagements typically include 3 phases:  initial consultation, solution model and implementation.  A common recommendation is to start with a comprehensive 5-day process, contracts and compliance assessment.  On the 5th day we will deliver a report and conduct a meeting on our findings, observations, comments and suggested solution to implement a consistent and cost-effective Contracts Management Program.

Small Business Program

For our Small Business Program, we offer packages to help get your business started or add some needed templates to improve your business operations.   We include on-going contracts administration services in our packages.

Basic Start-Up Package (Texas LLC):  $3,200

Includes:  Name conflict search, Certificate of Formation, d/b/a name registration (if applicable), minute book preparation, Company Agreement (up to 2 members/owners), licensing issues, Independent Contractor Agreement template with letter and W9 form, secure document storage and on-going contracts administration services (1 year).

Contracts Package for Services Businesses:  $5,500

Includes:  Independent contractor agreement template with letter and W9 form, proposal template, Customer-facing services agreement template, mutual non-disclosure agreement template, secure document storage and on-going contracts administration services (1 year).

Customized Packages - price will be determined based on package.
