3 Ways You Can be More Productive Immediately
There are many things you can do in your life to be more productive. Some work and others don't, but according to Rhett Power, head coach at Power Coaching and Consulting, there are a few proven ways to be more productive now.
1. Plan your outfit, breakfast, and work bag. Doing this the night before has helped me tremendously with my morning routine. It keeps my mind resting for a longer period of time and doesn't force me to make a decision the second I jump out of bed. Rhett says this brings order to the chaos of mornings.
2. Practice gratitude. Studies have shown that practicing gratitude actually reduces stress and improves mood. This can be as simple as writing down a few things you are grateful for or even making mental list.
3. Planning your day the night before. "Check your appointments, your to-do list, and identify your hardest or most dreaded task (your frog). Set aside time early in your day to "eat the frog," Power emphasizes. I have written on eating the frog before and it still holds true. Tackling the most dreaded task frees your day up to achieve even more.
